  • Is my personal information secure on this site?
    Yes, our checkout system is secured and privately encrypted. McAfee has provided us 24-hour daily scans and protection against cybercrime such as phishing, malware, malicious links, etc. Security is our highest priority to give you a peace of mind and enjoy your browsing and online shopping experience on our website.
  • ​Do you restock items that may be sold out?
    Yes, if an item is out of stock we will be working on getting the item back in stock but it make take 2-4 weeks. For fast notice, make sure you are subscribed to our email list.
  • How do I know which size to chose?
    Each item (other than accessories) will come with a size chart. If you are still uncertain on your size : Shirts are unisex so keep that in consideration. Leggings are very forgiving, but order the size you most normally wear.
  • How long does it take to process an order?
    An order can take 1-3 business days to process.​ We are print on demand temporary; therefore, every item you purchase is made special for you!
  • When will my order be shipped?
    Your order can 2-7 business days to ship.
  • ​​How do I track the delivery of my order?
    Once the order has been shipped, the tracking number will be sent to your email.
  • ​​Do you offer express or overnight delivery?
    Not yet, but we will very soon!​
  • My package says delivered but I haven’t received my order
    Please check the shipping provider for issue. It is a possibility your order is still in route or located in their local warehouse and is available for pickup. If the shipping provider confirms the item to be lost please contact us on saunitedhelp@gmail.com.
  • Do you have international shipping?
    We do provide international shipping outside the U.S. We do not ship orders to Cuba, Iran, and North Korea. But we do ship internationally to all other countries. If you do not see your country listed please contact us for a custom shipping order at saunitedhelp@gmail.com.
  • ​​Do you ship to a PO Box?
    Yes we do; however, our shipping provider does not provide expedited shipping to PO boxes. If you want to input your PO box. For example (PO BOX 12345).
  • What type of payment options do you accept?
    We accept Discover Financial Services, JCB International, MasterCard Worldwide, or VISA, Inc.
  • I need to change the address on my order…
    ​Yes, if you need to change the address please contact saunitedhelp@gmail.com please provide the address for us to change on the order.
  • ​Can I change my order after it has already been placed?
    No, once the fulfilment process has started the changes cannot be done.
