Shipping Policy

Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipment Processing Time

 

Due to the fluctuation of low to high volume orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

All orders for apparel products (t-shirts etc.) are processed within 2-7 business days. All orders for non-apparel (posters etc.) products are processed within 2-5 business days. It is estimated 97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than a half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less. Shipping times are added to the processing days, depending on the shipping method you choose. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

 

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

 

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

 

Streetambition.co ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

 

StreetAmbitionUnited.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 
Damages

 

If you order is damaged or lost, please email our support team saunitedhelp@gmail.com.

 

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We do provide international shipping outside the U.S. Our carriers that ship internationally provide tracking for packages. If your order gets lost with the correct shipping address, we will resend you a new order at our expense. We do not ship orders to Cuba, Iran, and North Korea. But we do ship internationally to all other countries.

Return & Exchange Policy
Returns Policy

We only accept returns based on the following circumstances described below

​

  1. Damaged items before shipping:

    • All misprinted/damaged/defective items are replaced with new items and sent back for free.

    • Please advise that any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product is received. Email saunitedhelp@gmail.com for claim.

    • Before sending our team an email please provide the following information for swiftest response time possible to resolve the issue.

    • In the subject line of the email please describe in one word the issue and the order number of the item or items. Example: (Misprint/Order number:152767809)

    • In the email please provide a comprehensible/detailed description of the misprinted, damaged, or defective item or items.

    • Please attach pictures of misprinted/damaged/defective item. Please provide a clear picture that shows the misprint/damage or defectiveness of item or items.

  2. Packages lost or damaged in transit:

    • All packages lost or damaged in transit will be given new orders and shipped free of charge.

    • Please advise for any packages lost or damage in transit through shipping carrier, all claims must be submitted no more than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.​
